This is the start of my new blog (:
I had blogs before in the past but i was never really dedicated and it seems that all my blogs "died away". Although this is a little late, my goal of this year, 2010, is to write a blog at least once a week...unless it was exam time. (then my blog would be on hiatus)
This is my official promise to myself and possibly to all the people who would read this.
Today was very uneventful. Since I have literally two more days of holidays, I have completely switched off my play mode and switched on my study mode. i.e. not going out and studying my butt off in chemistry and maths. The only distraction for me during these days is
YOUTUBE. I hate it and I love it ): kills me to say that it is taking up alot of my study time.
Recently, I am addicted to a few things, note that one is a certain Japanese celebrity.
Who is this Japanese celebrity you might ask?
Answer:
Yamashita Tomohisa !! :D
He is the HOTTEST Japanese singer/actor there is in...you can say my generation (: although he should be regarded as the generation before me (all the people that is in their mid-twenties I guess)
Due to my current obsession (actually I was obsessed with him a few years back and now re-living this obsession again), I am currently also addicted to two things.
1. Japanese Drama: Proposal Daisakusen (i.e. Operation Love)
This drama is just SO touching but sort of old. This was produced in 2007 I believe however, no matter how old it is, it made me cry )': Yamapi in this drama has his old hair. Personally, I love it (: I would love him to have this hair all the time but as a celebrity, he always has to change his image and therefore, this leads to another obsession I have.
2. Japanese Drama: Buzzer Beat (2009)
Fairly new drama. I havent watched much of it except up until episode 3 I think since I am scared I will get capped way early into the month. It is interesting but the drama is VERY slow, unlike "Operation Love" up there. Operation Love moves MUCH faster and has a different scene every episode. This drama however sort of ... lags. The two main characters meet two episodes into the story I think. My current impression of this drama isn't THAT big but since Yamapi is in it, I will endure it. (:

(picture from this website, thanks !)
A third thing I am currently obsessed with (that has nothing to do with Yamapi), is....
3. We Got Married (korean variety show) the Sweet Potatoes couple
Seohyun and Yonghwa joins together in this variety show to be newly weds. I read some comments online about this and wasn't surprised to find alot of people doubting and objecting to Seohyun "marrying" at the young age of 20. Even though there was so much criticism, once the first episode of them actually came out, everyone was crying out for another episode.
Seohyun
SNSD
thanks for the pic (:
Jung Yong Hwa
C.N.Blue
Personally, I love this couple. I havent watched WGM in a while since the end of the "Lettuce Couple" (i.e. Kim Hyun Joong & Hwangbo). I loved them. Hilarious couple and the hottest husband ever (:

Anyway, the year
twenty ten is the most STRESSFUL year of my life up till now because of a certain exam called the Higher School Certificate (HSC). Although it may not be as stressful as 會考 in Hong Kong, I still find this very stressful. The idea of HSC determining what my career might possibly be in the future is a very scary thing. I have thought an AWFUL lot about my future and I have decided on 4 things.
Number 1: If I get a high enough ATAR, I will get into either architecture/ languages in USYD
Number 2: If I don't get high enough, I will try and get into architecture/languages in other universities (ruling UWS out...no offence)
Number 3: If all else fails, I will get into business/accounting in UNSW.
Number 4: If I get into business in HKU/CUHK, I will definitely consider going to uni in Hong Kong.
がんばって!
